DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

1. Production Time

Most MEDOME products are manufactured based on customer-specific requirements.

Production time depends on:

• Quantity ordered
• Product specifications
• Material availability
• Production capacity

Estimated production time will be communicated in the quotation or invoice.

Production begins only after full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and are not legally binding.

Actual delivery may vary due to:

• Customs procedures
• Transport delays
• Carrier schedules
• Force majeure events

MEDOME d.o.o. is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

3. Shipping Method

Shipping method and carrier are determined based on:

• Order size
• Destination
• Commercial agreement

Shipping details are specified in the quotation or invoice.

4. Transfer of Risk

Risk transfers to the customer upon handover of goods to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are responsible for inspecting goods immediately upon receipt.

5. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

For international shipments:

• Import duties
• Customs clearance fees
• VAT in the destination country
• Any other local charges

are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

MEDOME d.o.o. is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by authorities.

6. Shipping Damage

If goods arrive visibly damaged:

• The customer must report the issue within 48 hours
• Photographic evidence must be provided
• Damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery document where possible

Failure to report within this period may result in rejection of the claim.

7. Non-Acceptance of Delivery

If the customer refuses delivery without valid legal reason:

Storage, return, and additional transport costs may be charged to the customer.

MEDOME d.o.o. reserves the right to cancel the order and retain reasonable costs incurred.

8. Partial Deliveries

MEDOME d.o.o. reserves the right to perform partial deliveries where commercially reasonable.

9. Force Majeure

MEDOME d.o.o. shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by:

• Natural disasters
• War
• Government restrictions
• Supply chain disruptions
• Transportation failures
• Customs holds

10. Changes to This Delivery Policy

MEDOME d.o.o. reserves the right to modify or update this Delivery & Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

The version published on our website at the time of invoice issuance shall apply.
