About Us
Our short story about beekeeping and craftsmanship.
Our story began several generations ago in the heart of the Bosnian mountains. Our grandfather and father lived in harmony with nature, cared for bees, and handcrafted beehives and frames. Their knowledge, experience, and dedication—together with a strong focus on quality and the preservation of nature and its resources—were passed down from generation to generation. These values remain the foundation of our work today.
Today, my brother and I, together with our sons, proudly continue this tradition. What once was a small family workshop will become a modern production facility by the end of 2025. This marks the beginning of the modernization of our production. This development allows us to expand beyond the local market and offer our products on the European market. In the near future, we also plan to expand our production to other beekeeping equipment in order to broaden our product range.
Our production process optimizes the use of wood, minimizes waste, and makes full use of all resources. We do this without compromising our core principles: quality, reliability, and respect for bees and beekeepers.
Our products are made from locally sourced Bosnian wood, including linden, fir, spruce, and white pine. We currently produce complete Dadant hives and frames, as well as Langstroth systems. Upon customer request, we can also adapt and manufacture other types of hives and frames. Frames are available in a classic straight version or in a Hoffman design, with vertical or horizontal wiring.
